Beyçelik Holding is a project project for the "For My Country" project, which aims to spread social responsibility between companies, employees, dealers and suppliers. The project, which renews its biennial theme, aims to develop a more participative attitude towards social problems and to project the projects that will raise the standard of living.
As a result of our efforts to change our senses in this company and to end the efforts to provide physical environment and conditions, we have signed an employment guaranteed course protocol between the Provincial Directorate of Bursa Labor and Employment Institution and our factory within the scope of the "Occupational Training Program" (İEP) Project.
In this project, which is seen as an important social responsibility project in order to give women a profession and skills, we aim to provide employment to all our female trainees and to gain the competencies to find jobs easily at other firms in our sector.
In this year, 23 female trainees took part in three groups from our course we collected under the single heading as welding labor. Eight of the 10 trainees who completed the course worked as permanent staff. As of the end of 2017, we are predicting 150 female employment in the field of production.
We will always be the supporter of the 'For My Country' Project as Beyçelik Gestamp, which aims to combat inequality based on social sex, to reduce the gender gap in the economic area in Turkey and to ensure gender equality in the economic participation process of women in Turkey.
